1. Preheat the Machine and Check Air Pressure
   In cold environments, it is recommended that the color sorter be preheated for at least 30 minutes before starting. This helps ensure the air supply is at the right temperature and prevents difficulties with startup due to insufficient air pressure. Before starting the machine, always check the pressure gauge to ensure the air pressure is within the normal range (0.4-0.6 MPa). Low air pressure can impact sorting performance.
2. Slowly Open the Ball Valve
   In winter, the ball valve should be opened slowly to prevent high-speed airflow from causing pipes to freeze or damage the valve. By gradually opening the valve, you ensure smooth airflow and reduce the risk of freezing.
3. Check the Pressure Regulator and Filter
   Low temperatures can cause the pressure regulator and filter to freeze, disrupting the air supply and possibly leading to leaks. Regularly check these components; if freezing or leakage is detected, use a heater to warm up the parts and restore proper operation.
4. Empty Residual Gas and Moisture from the System
   After the color sorter finishes its work, close the electrical valves and empty the air compressor, air tank, and filter any remaining gas and moisture. This helps prevent freezing, which could block airflow or cause equipment malfunctions.
