01. The “Broken Leaf” Issue.

02. The “Missed Selection” Issue.

Traditional optical sorters rely only on color. HAWIT is equipped with three lenses working in unison: while the material is still on the belt, the top lens first performs shape sorting – detecting stems, irregular shapes, and incorrect contours in advance. At the moment the material is ejected, the upper and lower lenses work together to complete color sorting – spots and color differences have nowhere to hide. Shape sorting first, then color sorting – doubling the identification dimensions for higher accuracy.
